シーケンスマーカーは動くなよ！

To prevent trailing Sequence Markers (the Markers after the edit being made) from moving with an Extract or Ripple Delete, make sure that Marker > Ripple Sequence Markers is disabled.  When doing a Lift or regular Delete, Sequence Markers should remain as there's no change to the duration of the Sequence.
