2025 Update crashing constantly

My 2025 update is crashing constantly - even just using the file browser to save to a new folder. It seems to hate saving and then crashes periodically when trying to simply save.

Looks like we've found the culprit - it was randomly 'Aspira connect' a VPN I had installed that was apparently interferring with the finder acess. Very strange!

Ps to fix it I uninstalled the VPN and it appears to be working now.
