Been using 22.0.0 for a month or so. From my perspective its the best update for years: it fixed a couple of show stopping bugs, and generally it has been incredibly stable especially for a .0 release. However in the last couple of days suddenly Premiere is very slow to respond. It's taking much longer for the playhead to stop after I hit space, there us a visible delay before the context menu appears and overall it just feels *sluggish*. I have tried importing the old project into a new one, that saw a little improvement, but overall, its not what it was.

Creative cloud is reporting a billing issue: I'm waiting on a new credit card to arrive after I was scammed online. Adobe doesn't play with performance does it in this scenario?
Premiere is sitting at 14% CPU when idle.
Ram seems high and climbing even when its not doing anything
