I used to be able to use 4-Color Gradient on my Color Matte layers without any issues whatsoever, but since the latest update, it seems like it is broken and it shows black no matter when or where I apply the effect to. I tried reapplying it multiple times, cleared caches etc. Also, all of my previous projects which had it now lost it too, they all show it black. Any reasons why or ways to fix?
Hello again and no, none of these helped BUT it was because it was MY FAULT and so I just wanted to leave it here for anyone who doesn't realizes it like me in the future can also be reminded to check if the "Global FX Mute" was selected on the program monitor. Does it work OK if you open a project in an older version?

Hey there, did any of the suggestions in this thread help? Resetting preferences would be my suggestions. Peru_Bob shared a link on how to do that.
Let us know if you need any more assistance,
Caroline
