5.1 Audio not Outputting Correctly Premiere 2023

Issue with Adobe Premiere Pro 2023, I am trying to output a 5.1 .mov file but the center and LFE channels are not outputting sound. I have the same settings from 2022 and that works flawlessly.

Here is an image from 2023. You can see that there is a sound wave and sound on the top left meter but none on the bottom right output meter.
