activate CS6 Creactive software Premiere, AE etc.

Question

I did buy for more than € 3.000,00 of software from Adobde and now they aperetly decided that I should not used my software anymore but take the cloud versions.

Because of their agressive promotion I cannot install and activate my CS software anymore on my Windows 11 desktop anymore. During activation with your licensnumber your are guided to the Adobe server with the cloude version.

Windows 11 cannot handle the Adobe creatice cloud envoirement, so I end up with a total crash of the Operating system of my desktop.

It is impossible to activate my local CS6 software because of that approache of Adobe

I can understand that Adobe wants to sell the cloud software, but is it normal that because of that you cannot use your € 3000,00 software anymore?

In that way Adobe denies me my ownership of the software I bougth with them.

For a hobe user that work with the software now and then without eaning money with is, the cloud is way to exspenvie. Certainly when you have fotware in possesion that fullfile your needs.

You cannot contact Adobe about it because you cannot find a direct contact link within the hundreds website pages about Cloud, cloud, cloud cloud........

Is that a legal way to market your software?

I did a test on Windows 11 and could install and activate it Encore CS6 from my Production Premium CS6 discs.

I started the installer and did not choose "Install - I have a serial number" and did instead choose "Try - I want to try CS6 Production Premium...". After following all instructions including two "sign in´s" everything worked. In the Help menu i can find Deactivate that indicates that the software in now activated.

So, try that if you choosed "Install - I have a serial number". It may work for you as well! 🙂

CS6 has never been installed on this Win 11 install.
