Add Rec.2100HLG (Color Primaries) To HEVC/H.265

Community Beginner ,

I really wish Adobe could somehow ad Rec.2100HLG as a Mastering Display Color Volume (Color Primaries) Export option for HEVC/H.265. Rec2020 doesn't show up as HDR on YouTube even with HDR10.

Rec2100HLG is the only way to get it recognize and display it correctly
