Add Toggle for Displaying Multicamera Source Sequence Names in Timeline

Problem:
Currently, when creating multicamera source sequences, the choice of Video Clip Name, Audio Clip Name, or Custom determines how clip names are displayed in the Timeline.

By default, Video Clip Name displays the underlying source clip names, while Audio Clip Name + or Custom displays the multicamera sequence name. However, this setting becomes static after the sequence is created, leading to usability challenges for editors who want to adjust clip name displays dynamically in the Timeline.

Solution:
Introduce a toggle option that allows users to switch between displaying source clip names and multicamera sequence names dynamically in the Timeline. This would give editors greater flexibility in naming conventions throughout their workflow, eliminating the need to recreate multicamera sequences just to change clip name displays.

Implementation:
The toggle functionality could be based on this line of XML code, which currently determines the display behavior:

<Source.Monitor.Multicam.SwitchOnMulticamName>0</Source.Monitor.Multicam.SwitchOnMulticamName>
