Adjust differently lit scenes within one video

I have recorded a vido but sadly the automatic lightning adjustment of the camera made some parts of the video rather brigth and others rather dark. Is there a possibility to equalize the lighting in the whole video automatically. Hence, some frames need to be brigther and some need to be darker.

I already watched a similar video but this procedure changes the shadow/hilight for the whole video (all frames). Therefore, I still have some frames which are overlit and some which are too dark then. One problem is, that I have the video which consists of one segment. I would like to avoid cutting it in a way, that I cut out differently lit scenes and correct them because I was hoping that Premiere Pro has a tool which can do this automatically.

You will have to cut the video.

To smooth things out, you can use cross dissolve on the cuts, providing you don't trim them.
