I haven't had a problem exporting to Media Encoder from Premier Pro until over the past couple of months. I keep getting a variety of error messages from any file I try to export.  However I can export files directly from PPro without a problem.  Sometimes the conflict between media Encoder and PPro causes the following error: PProHeadless.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. Following is an encoder log text:

Has anything on the computer changed?

The message that the Intel Hardware Encoding is not available suggests something has changed

The most recent change was in November/2021 when I updated my video card to NVIDIA Quadro M6000 24 gig.  The drivers have been updated to most recent.

Has a solution to this been found? I just noticed that Optical Flow is not running when sending encoding through Adobe Media Encoder (either software or hardware encoding). It is just duplicating frames.  No changes to the hardware but I have updated the adobe software at least once in the past couple of months.
