Adobe premier pro 2025

I need help!
I bought a new Rog Zephyrus G16 Laptop with Intel Core Ultra 9 and RTX 4060, but when i want to edit videos on premier pro smth wrong with program idk why? Its like freezing and programm monitor showing videos like frame by frame. Someone can help?

Thanks for the message. What kind of footage are you editing? If it's from a game stream or screen recording, you may need to either transcode or create proxies for the footage. I hope that explanation helps.
