Adobe premiere and adobe premier rush does not work at the moment i export media

Everytime i try to export some video, always get freezed on a %, maybe 79, maybe 1, and later the program shut down and appears the windows message of technical issue, why, how, and what the hell i could do even in the mobile does not work premier rush.
Is a kind of joke?
