Adobe Premiere Audio file import issue

New Here ,
Oct 26, 2024 Oct 26, 2024

I am working on Adobe premiere and using Epidemic Sounds for copyright free music. I was able to download one audio file to use but it won't download anymore and I keep getting the message "We were unable to open the file on disk". I have tried downloading with wave and mp3 but I get a different error with wave. I have made sure I have media feature pack downloaded on my windows 11 PC. I have updated both Adobe premiere pro and the Epidemic music app. I do not know what else to try. Please help me troubleshoot.

@Alex37330858w56b this is the Photoshop forum, try the Premiere Pro forum instead

I don't know how I can share with Dropbox. The music app works within Premiere Pro.
