Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2019 no mask edges any help

Why did the mask edge disappear? How to solve this? HEEEEELP

First, make sure you have selected the clip/track in the timeline that the mask is being applied to.

Next ... is there monitor scaling involved in your setup? Monitor set to say 125% can result in this.

And, have you tried going to Software only for Mercury Acceleration? If it works then, could be a driver problem.

I have the same issue with Premier 2019. Masking is still working well in the 2018 version.

I followed the previous comment about the monitor and I dragged the screen back into the laptop, the masking worked there but not on the monitor.
