Adobe Premiere Pro Classroom in a Book download help

I have purchased the Adobe Classroom in a Book 2020 series and have downloaded all of the lessons from AdobePress.com. However, every time I try to relink the media from those projects, it either gives me an error message (file format not supported) or it cannot locate the files. I have tried to save them in several different places on my computer and each time I open Premiere Pro to relink the media, it cannot find the files. Please help!

On your computer, have you installed QuickTime?

No I have not. I am guessing I need to do that! How does that help?

QuickTime brings with it some important codecs for a better performance of Premiere Pro and your system in general, install it as your system and Premiere Pro may need it.
