Adobe premiere pro getting stuck during encoding at random %

Hey there,

I am dumbfounded, so one day ago, my premiere pro decided that it no longer likes hardware encoding and my encoding randomly stops at random %'es and doesn't move.
I tried encoding older projects that were encoding fine a week ago and same results.
Software encoding works but it takes so long so I am here looking for a solution after exhausting these:
Cleared the cache,
Uninstalled, reinstalled premiere pro
Tried doing it with media encoder
Drive has more than enough space so that shouldn't be a problem
Graphics drivers are up to date.

My system:
intel i5-13400
32 Gb ram
Intel b580

Video info
30 fps
1080p
H.264 format
No effects or stuff used, just some crop and zoom and a bit of pics.

Hi abdullah_1663,

Welcome to the community! Based on the screenshot you provided, Hardware Encoding is enabled. Have you tried exporting in a different Format, like QuickTime > Apple ProRes, to see if it's exporting properly? Also, do you have a dedicated GPU on your system?

Thanks,

Sumeet
