Adobe wont download on new MacBook

Purchased a 2023 MacBook Air and Adobe won't download, says not compatible.  Is there a way to update/upgrade my MacBook to be able to install Premier Pro?

I read your message and I think I understand the underlying issue. If I'm correct, I believe you will need assistance from us in this instance.

At this time, please contact assisted support directly. The chat pod is in the lower-right corner of the screen there. Ask for the “video queue” to reach our digital video specialists. I hope they can help you. They need to guide you through a clean un-installation of the application using Adobe Cleaner and a  re-installation of the software with something called an "ESD installer," which only they have access to.

I hope this advice gets you back on track. If not, return here for additional troubleshooting steps.

Unfortunately, Premiere Pro is not yet compatible with MacOS version 14 (Sonoma). And if you updated the MacOS to that version, then the only fix at the moment is to roll back to MacOS version 13.6 (Ventura).
