Aligning text based on custom area

Align Vertically and Align Horizontally commands in the Essential Graphics Panel aligns the text box to the absolute center based on the whole screen size.

I want to align my text based on the custom region instead of the absolute center. Is there a way to set the custom area for text box alignment?

Some Example Scenarios:

- I want to align my text horizontally and vertically only for my lower third captions.

-I have a small computer screen in the video and I want to align text in the middle of the computer screen.

I noticed there are additional commands, Horizontal Center and Vertical Center, these commands also align the text to absolute center as well. Thus, I think there should be a way to align the text based on the region.

Not sure this is what you need but here is what I do. In my program monitor I turn on "Show Rulers" and I turn on "Snap in Program Monitor" (They are icons you can access and drag down by clicking the + button). Then I pull some guidelines from the rulers to the positions I want my text to align to. I create my text and drag it into place and it will snap to the guideline that I placed along the left side of my frame and along the bottom if I was doing a lower third.

This feature does not exist?

There should be a difference between those two commands....

Align Vertically and Align Horizontally and Horizontal Center and Vertical Center cannot be doing the same thing.

Align Vertically and Align Horizontally

I'm not at my editing computer now, but I think that may be for multiple items, not a single item.
