Hello,
On two separate i9 iMacs (2020 model), the same issue occurs: I hit "Render In to Out" or "Render Selection" or any other form of Render, and it begins by saying "1 of 100" frames, at 0.1%, then goes up to 99% but the frames increase infinitely (It got up to 55500 of 78909) while rendering just a 5 second part of the video. I can't render anything on my timeline- the yellow and red bars turn green for 3 seconds, then back to yellow or red, and this happens non-stop in a loop.
Could somebody explain what's going on and why it's happening on 2 computers with the latest version of the 2022 version of Premiere Pro installed?
Thank you!
Thank you.

Please start by telling us the recording source, the format of the source footage and the codec used, and your sequence settings.
A screenshot of your sequence settings and a screenshot of the text view of MediaInfo would be a big help.

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:
