Hello.
After exporting a video in Premiere Pro, if I want to watch my exported video, I type "24" in the windows search to find that folder, but sometimes irrelevant things pop up in the search. For this reason, I wanted to change the name of the 24.0 folder to "qwe", to ensure that irrelevant folders won't pop up in the search again. But now all my settings, preferences and projects are gone in Premiere Pro, it basically turned to default one. I changed the "qwe" folder to 24.0 again, but my settings still did not return.

Hi there,
I would strongly recommend against renaming Premiere's preferences folder. This folder stores all your system settings, keyboard shortcuts, presets, etc. If Premiere Pro cannot locate this folder when it loads, it will create a new one and reset everything.
To restore your old preferences, follow these steps:
Instead of exporting to this folder, export to another folder with a unique name on your computer. You can create a shortcut or alias for this folder so you can quickly locate all your exported files.
Cheers,
Paul

I already did that but didn't help me. It's really annoying that I lost all my things because of a simple name change and I can't get it all back now. I also tried to copy paste all my old settings, projects etc. to a new created folder but still didn't help.

Its not a simple name change: you changed the name of an important folder. Once you did that, the content was deleted.
Perhaps you have a 23.0 folder to copy from.

I still have the file with my old settings. The problem is that I cannot reactivate my old settings no matter what I do. Premiere Pro continues to act as if it is default and newly installed. Returning to the old folder name should have been the solution to this or copying my old files to the folder it created...
