Try this:

Make new project and import old on into this new one.

Use Queue instead of Export or v.v.

Yes I did take all of the dissolve effects off but no Luck. I have since changed my render settings and have had some luck.

I woke up to an overnight export with the same exact message, even if I export 5 seconds, it pops up.  I'm a huge Adobe fan but so disappointed right now...I exported the same video last week.  I've updated the software and driver last week; I was able to export YouTube videos, but on vimeo export, I get the same errors everyone else is getting.  I'm using Lumetri.   it's a 2 hour film, I'm not removing Lumetri and reapplying.

I used Ann's (she's saved me many times over the years) suggestion to use Media Encoder and it not only worked, but the export was much faster.  Thank you Ann, you really saved me...hopefully they'll release an update to fix the issue because everything was fine before I installed last week's update.

GPU Render Error 1609629695 Just got off the phone with Adobe. Been having this same issue for some time. Looks like a render issue for CUDA. My video cards couldn't render the lumetri codec. Solution: turn off CUDA acceleration. Render the project. Then buy a new computer or newer video cards.
