All the ideas on UserVoice are missing.
The correct order of operations:
- Duplicate/migrate ALL the ideas from UserVoice to this one, then
- Let people know this is the place to discuss bugs and feature suggestions from now on.

Your bug report was written back when forums were being migrated.
A product manager has explained what was migrated from User Voice and why. You can make additional feature requests in the following post: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/faq-migration-of-uservoice-to-support-community/td-p/13365127.
