although I have the latest version of premiere pro. I couldn't open my projects??

    2017 is not the latest, we are now on 2018

      but adobe creative cloud didn't give me any newer update as explained in the images
      and my projects was designed with adobe premiere pro cc 2017
      but now i can't open it with the same version of premiere
      can you help me with this?
