Animated Subtitles

Hey,

I would like to create subtitles like in this video:

I know how to do it by setting key frames for every cluster of words but that takes a lot of time.

Is there a faster way to create such animated subtitles?

Maybe in a different program than Adobe Premiere?

This is probably best achieved in After Effects. You can use the Text Animators to achieve this. Change the 'Advanced>based on' to Words as in my screenshot.
