Apple Silicon Premiere Pro 2021 not open on iMac M1

The latest version of Premiere Pro 2021 never open on my iMac M1 (Big Sur v11.6).
It always stops at "Loading ImporterQuickTime.bundle" (please see attached screenshot)
I have reported a few times of the error through system but never got any reply from Adobe. (See attached detailed error report I sent to Apple)
Does anyone have a solution for this? Thank you.
