Are older versions of Premier Pro and Media Encoder available for Mac OS 10.12.6?

I have a 2010 MacBook with a Sierra 10.12.6 OS, and am wondering if older versions of Premiere Pro and Media Encoder that would be compatible with my OS are available.

Or, will I need to get a more current device?

Adobe provides the current and ONE previous version

https://prodesigntools.com/ has "some" direct download links to older versions, but I don't if one for your old system is available
