Hi all
I'm struggling with importing arriraw .mxf (ALEXA Mini LF) files into any adobe tool on my windows 10 machine. It is basicly stuck on the import loading bar and it does not move or import the files and finally crashes if I leave it open. I tried it on my main windows install first and since I had some codec packs and video apps installed previously that could have maybe messed with it (k-lite, MPC-BE, VLC, etc.)
Resolve can imort them, vlc and MPC can play them. So it must have something to do with adobe is my guess.
I just tried it on a clean windows install, with only Adobe 2023, GeForce Studio Drivers and Arriraw Converter installed and the same problem still occurs.
The ARRIRAW Converter (GUI Version) doesn't seem to work either. The footage wont show up in the media browser.
My searches on that topic failed to give me anything. Adobe says that ARRIRAW files should work normally on the latest build. Posts with people having issues date back to CC2018 and Win 7.
Anyone here that can help me out?
My specs:
Windows 10 Home 64 bit
Intel i9 9900k
64 GB RAM
RTX 2080 TI
Several SSD drives, windows installed on NvmE drive
Footage located on an internal SATA SSD
Installed Apps:
Latest Premiere Pro Build 2023.1
Camera RAW
ARRIRAW Converter (GUI)
Media Encoder
GeForce Experience Studio Drivers 528.24

Same story here. I can import only one arri file at a time. Otherwise import stops at begining of loading bar. After that files can't be import at all, unless changing their directory folder. I had had to import 87 files separately...
No such problem with 22.5 version on that very same computer
I work on M1 Max, 64 gb.
PLEASE ADOBE, address that issue.
