Hi there,

The audio of my video (1.10 min long) is off in some sections and not synchronized with others. What is wrong? This only happens after I convert to mp4

Thank you for your help

I had the same problem but it was because of the non professional video converter

Which video converter did you end up using? I now need to convert some videos that my parents threw to me (on the disk).

Hello, Tiara5ED2! Well, any type of video converter actually suits you. When I was converting my video I used an online converter don't know why but it didn't work and the video also ends up being choppy. So I used movavi video converter  [link removed]

Are you using screen recorded footage or footage from a phone/camera?

Try exporting to CineForm or ProRes as a test.

If that works, then try using Pr or the Media Encoder to convert the test file to H.264.

What model camera, please?

If the footage is variable framerate convert to constant framerate with Handbrake before bringing into Premiere.

Convert your Source Video, not your edited video. I recommend giving the source video a new name in Handbrake. Then perform a Replace File operation in Pr to replace the original source footage with new, converted footage. If the video length is the same, it shouldn't affect your edits at all.
