Hi, i have an issue with my Adobe Premiere Pro 2021.
When i open a audio file in Premiere Pro, that audio is lagging or glichting, i don't know that is that.
I search for a few days for solution on internet, and i didn't find it.

i reainstall a program a few times, clear my appdata and documents folder with Adobe resources, and that won't help

My specs:
Nvidia Geforce 970

Ryzen 5 3600

16GB RAM 3200mhz

SSD M2

Below i put a sample of my audio in Premiere Pro, and the same audio file, but in Windows Media Player. it's happens everytime, and with every audio. mp4, mp3, wav, mkv - included
