I record gameplay through Bandicam, 1080p, 60fps, 44100khz audio. And I record my mic, and voip through kokos reaper, exporting at 44100khz into wav files. I can line up the audio at the beginning of the video perfectly. But after a few minutes it becomes delayed, by a large margin. I have tried changing the audio files to different extensions, .mov, .m4v, .mkv (adobe doesn't like that), .dif (adobe doesn't like that either). I have changed the sequence settings, been through 10+ YouTube videos and through 15+ forums on the topic, trying all the possible solutions. I have an i7 4790k, GTX 760, Premiere Pro CC 2014.0.
I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing wrong!4
Thanks,
Alex

Exactly what is INSIDE the video you are editing?

Does your video use a VARIABLE Frame Rate? See https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1110005
If yes, use https://handbrake.fr/ open source transcoder/converter to convert to Constant Frame Rate

I already run it through handbrake, setting it to constant.

It's possible you are recording your video or audio or both in variable mode. PP does not like this - they have to be at a constant rate.
Convert your file with Handrake (https://handbrake.fr/ ) choosing constant frame rate.
