Bad allocation while creating disk aligned video frame of Premiere Pro

Premiere Pro keep throwing erros when I try export.the error; Bad allocation while creating disk aligned video frame

What I can see is the memory is almost 100% when it throws errors (like 98 or 99% in task manager of Windows).

my environment;

• Premiere Pro 2020

• Windows 10 Pro

• RAM 64GB

• graphic board GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER

• NVIDIA Studio Driver Version 460.89

• dual monitor

About the video I'm editing;

• the video length 58minutes

• there is no effect in the video (only cuts)

• the video is from iPhone 12 Pro max

what I have tried but didnt work;

• rebooting premiere pro & windows

• reinstall premire pro

• export using Adobe MediaEncoder

• change Windows' pagefile to System Managed

• change setting to mercury playback software only (with cpu without gpu)

• change to optimize rendering for memory

• clear media cache

• duplicazte the sequence

First thing I would try is to run your iPhone footage through Handbrake to create a constant frame rate video.

I'm having the same issues and it's very frustrating! I am using a Samsung S22 however to film my videos

Edited many S22 videos recently without any problems. 4K 60fps, but it is variable frame rate. I looked at several clips using MediaInfo, and the variations range from minor to major.

Running PR 22 and 23 with it at various points. Win10.

What version of PR? What OS?

Create a matching sequence with just one short clip, and see if you can export it.

From what I gathered the variable frame rate seems to be causing the issue. I'm running PR 23 and Windows 11. I'm actually using 2 different cameras and trying to combine the footage into 1. A S10e for a front view and the S22 for the top. Using both samsung cameras at the 60UHD setting. I'm trying to have them run at the same time in the video like this picture here...

 

Im able to do this seemlesly with videos around 10 - 15 minutes in length. It seems like anytime the video is longer than 15 minutes it always pop up with the "Bad allocation while creating disk aligned video frame". Is this because of the frame rate?
