Bad chroma key

So I recorded a video with a green screen and chroma key with a video in the background. The video after being recorded was grainy because of the poor green screen. Soto be clear the chroma key was already applied before the recording and  there is a video playing behind the face cam. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem in premiere or after effects?

not sure what you're saying.  Did you use a switcher and do a composite before recording the video?  Try and describe your workflow in detail.
