Basic title sequence on tutorial

Hi All,

Very basic - 'Adding a Title to the sequence' - when I drag the basic-title to the front of the existing 3 clips, it overwrites all of 1st and some of 2nd, rather than pushing the 3 clips along the timeline as one would expect with an insert edit...so why is that folks? What am I doing wrong?

Hold Ctrl when you drag and release to ripple the existing clips forward.

Overwrite edits will do just that.

Perform an Insert edit instead.
