Best Adobe Premiere Pro settings for editing movie app review videos?

Hi everyone, I’ve been creating short review videos for my site moviesbox.com.co, which covers different movie apps. I usually edit these clips in Premiere Pro, but I’m not sure which export settings give the best balance between quality and file size for web upload.
