I'm going to be making a video in a very dark area and am interested in knowing the best camera settings to get the best post production results, in Premiere.
I'm going to be using an Insta360 Action Cam, shooting at 4K, 30fps, and probably 1/30 second Shutter Speed..
I have a copy of the Plug-in Neat Video that's great at removing grain and noise.
My options are to use a lower ISO and then brighten in Premiere Pro, or use a higher ISO and focus more on the grain removal.
I made a couple of test videos with different different settings, including an intermediate setting, adjusting both the brightness and the grain, and they all apprad to be close in quality.
Is one method preferred over the other in general, or is it situation specific?
