Black Background when exporting. Tried a lot of different export settings... stuck on next steps

Hello! I am trying to export an image that I built in Premiere Pro. The image is a transparent PNG that I then rotated.

When I export the video, there is a black background on it. But when I am working in Premiere Pro, it shows the background as transparent.

I have watched several videos on how to export the video with a transparent background but every time I export, I am still getting the black background.

I attached a picture of the settings I have tried when exporting.

(Quicktime format with following codecs - Apple ProRes 4444, Animation, GoPro CineForm) I had the Depth marked as +alpha for all of these. No matter what format/Codec I keep getting the black background.

I am on a Windows machine (not Apple)

Transparency shows as black in project window and source monitor.

Actually its not black but its a void.

Take your exported file and put it in a new sequence on video track 2.

Place a white color matte on video track 1.

Do you see the white matte through the transparent areas of video track 2?

If so, then you have exported with transparency, as Ann Bens  described.
