Hi!
I recently did a fresh install of windows 11 on my computer and now im having issues with my creative cloud apps. When starting premier pro i get this blank pop up box with only the option to close on the x or a blue button with no text. Both causes the program to close. I have read some people have had the same problem but non of their solutions works for me.

Everything in these guides i have tried with no luck.
when starting photoshop and illustrator i get this message:
I cant find any information regarding this message. I have intrernet through cable.
My specs
OS: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz, 4201 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
ram: 16 GB
GPU: GTX 1050 Ti
Please help. What more can i try?

I have no wifi on my desktop and no other network to connect to. safe mode did nothing.
