Hello, I have been facing some blue death errors during performance on my windows PC. This usually happens under higher pressure usually made during editing videos in adobe softwares. Source code of blue screen is focused on VIDEO MEMORY_ MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL.. or something like that. I am adding this into attachment. I have tried to optimize many things, reinstall windows, but it is still not as smooth and problem can be repeated.
This problem has last for maybe 3/4 of year, where we changed a main camera to shoot videos. It is Canon R5 mp4 with .h265 codec HEVC, 4.2.2 bit . I guess with footage from Sony was little bit easier to process at least I don t remember that i would experience blue screen in past. Now in Adobe After Effects it consumes 99% of RAM which is almost 50 GB just during playback of footage without any effect applied. I don t want to believe that just for playback it is as much needed... It seems like it has problem with kind of codecs or some kind of optimization. I have tried really many things and optimizing apps, drivers etc.. but nothing really happened. I have been in touch with adobe support, Microsoft support, NVIDIA support but nobody has solved it.
I would like to mention that in past I have played difficult games for pc performance like Battlefield V on 4K, also I have done GPU rendering ( Octane etc..) where GPU is under bigger pressure for a long time and it didn t happen. It seems like problem is just with adobe softwares, or canon footage, or some combination of it..
Few times it happened also during making static graphic, but usually it can be on daily basis during editing video footage. Simply sometimes u can hear cracking in audio and u know that it is coming and sometimes just PC freezes (when audio is on it makes really like broken long rrrrrrrrr sound effect) and then it restart to blue death screen. I have updated RAM from 32 to 64 GB several months ago but it didn t help as much as i would expect.
My PC specs are :
AMD Ryzen 9 3900XT 12-Core Processor 3.79 GHz
64 GB RAM
Gigabyte AOURUS RTX 3070 8GB
750W platinum powersupply
all footage and softwares are taken from SSD drives.

My friend is also editing the same footage on his PC, he has just 32 GB ram and gtx 1080, so less powerful station and he has never experienced this kind of blue death screen. I know maybe I am doing little bit heavier edit, also with After effects, but this just make this error faster to come. It happened also without after effects.
I would like to ask you to help with that, because so many people tried to take look on this, also by pc remote control and could not find a solution and It is really hard almost impossible to continue using it in this way. Thank you in advance, Have a nice time.
