Blue Timeline Indicator Bug and Graphics Appear Pixelated

My blue timeline indicator seems to be glitching. Whenever I drag and stop the indicator, my screen becomes pixelated and goes black. This is making it nearly impossible to edit my graphics. My effects are also causing my timeline to be pixelated at the respective timeframes (i.e. Video Transitions>Cross Dissolve). When I export my project, my Adobe Stock graphics are pitch black or pixelated as well. This issue came out of nowhere. I am here to see if this is a global issue. I have tried updating my version of Premiere Pro, and the problem persists.
