You have a tiny 160x120 sequence at a very odd frame rate that you are exporting at 1920 x 1080, that is never going to look good. What is your source material?

Hey Jonathan,

A frame rate of 15fps can cause the exported file to look choppy. Try changing the Timebase to 24 frames/second, and let us know if that makes any difference.

The footage in the image has a frame rate of 29.97, so thats the frame rate you should use if the majority of the source footage is 29.97. Most important is that the source footage is 1920x1080 while you edit it in a sequence that is 160x120. That is the main reason behind blurry video&text when exporting.

Your sequence should be 1920x1080 with a frame rate of 29.97.

Always aim to have the sequence and export setting match the source footage. Any deviation from that will cause a quality hit in some way.
