Bug Help! PP generating wrong frame rate tag on export

Explorer ,
Apr 29, 2017 Apr 29, 2017

Need urgent help please, PP is generating a random frame rate tag of 22.8 FPS when exporting at 23.976fps to PR422 in .mov format. Newest version of CC, Yosemite 10.10.5. Any 3rd part program that would allow me to change the metadata on the exported file? I am trying to import my picture into ProTools and the erroneous tag makes it impossible. Otherwise the file plays fine at the correct frame rate in QT, so the only problem is the tag. Working on deadline, any help would be much appreciated.

Hey guys, I figured out the problem, in case anyone else runs into this: when exporting, turn off the "optimize stills" setting. : )

If you have Digital Rebellion's "Pro Media Tools", then I think you'd be able to modify the frame rate tag with their "QT Edit" tool.
