Button Editor - Minor 'fun' bug

The modal dialog that pops-up with the + sign on the Progam, Source and Reference monitors displays and works as should be. However, if you open or switch to a different OS Window, like say your browser or email program, spreadsheet, etc, that new window is placed between that dialog and PP's main window... like this:
