Can I Import a Multi-track Video file and see more than the 1st track

I have video files that are created by a UAS (drone) and contain 2 video tracks.  One with visual data, one with thermal data.

If I open the video files in VLC, I get both streams playing, synchronized, in 2 VLC windows.

When I import the same file into Premier Pro - I only get the main track (Track 1).  Is there some way to get Premier Pro to show me both tracks.  I want to create PIP with the 2 video sequences.

Thanks Jim,

That's a shame, but not surprising.  Adobe tends to lag on features.  There are several cheaper packages that seem to manage it well - I'll go with one of those.
