Can Premiere Pro import shotmarkers from Sony PMW-350?

I am trying to record, use shotmarkers to verify good takes and then import directly into Premiere Pro without using Catalyst Browse.  The video can be import but the shotmarkers don't appear.  Is there anything I can do to change that issue?
Thank you.

Was there an answer for this? I am trying to import shot markers stored on .xml files that ride with my .mxf clips. Shot on Sony FS7. I have uploaded the .xml

Would really really help with the doc edit!

Hi,

Do you have any update on that?
Sony shot markes may be seen in their editing software (Catalyst browse) but can not be seen in Premiere Pro.

There is a shotmark information in the XML file. Do you know if this marker information might be improted into the newest Premiere Pro?
