Can't Drag Effects into Timeline_01

I'm having this same issue in the newest version of Premier 2019.. fresh install.
I looked at the "cleaner".  this is simply too complicated and I'd bet its not the problem.  I'd spend hours doing this, screw my build up, have to reinstall CS and still have the issue.

On the jazz guitar forum the Epi Emperor is oft praised, especially being both good playing and a great rig for swapping out pickups and tone circuits to get the "jazz" sound you hear in your heads.

L4, great rig. For me, the L5 Wesmo would be about the Holy Grail. A bit above my budget  ... lol

Neil. haha.. this is a Premiere thread.. not Archtops.  If you're interested in talking guitar you can find me here.https://www.facebook.com/paulsguitar/

These newer luthier made instruments by makers like Moll, Buskarino, Koetep and so on.. they blow the doors off the old production model gibsons (or the new ones).  I've had my two gibsons since the 70's.  They were working player tools.. Back then didn't cost that much.  Speculative collection has driven the price up on those old boxes.  You can find a far better instrument for less made by a modern maker.  These guys have improved the art.  Found new bracings, voicings, glues, better finishes and so on,
