Can't find Toggle Proxies, Button Editor showing not showing all the buttons

I've seen how the button editor is supposed to look but mine looks like this. How do I see more button options? Specifically I'm looking for the toggle proxies button but it looks like I'm missing a lot of buttons. I'm running the latest version of Premiere.

I resolved the issue on my own!

In keyboard shortcuts I created a hot key for toggle proxies and once I did that all the missing buttons in my button editor appeared. Don't know why this happened but problem solved!

I'd try resetting preferences:

1. Press Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) while launching Premiere Pro. ...
2. To reset preferences and plug-in cache at the same time, hold down Shift-Alt (Windows) or Shift-Option (Mac OS) while the application is starting.
