Can't get plugins to work in Premiere Pro v25.1

Hi

I can't seem to get plug-ins to work on V25.1 - I use atomX for transition & text packages (PremiereGal & whiterecord). I'm able to install the packages but applying them to sequences does not work.

I have uninstalled and re-installed both Premiere and the plug-ins but no success.

I am using a mac, grateful for any advice.

Thanks

Hi Sam226108620e4g,

Sorry to hear about this. We're not aware of any issues like this. We recommend checking with the plugin manufacturer for any compatibility issues. Here is an article from AtomX on troubleshooting their plugin issues. Hope you find it useful.

Thanks,

Sumeet
