Can't make proxy files...

Does any body have a answer to this? When i try to make a proxy file i get this message.. The thing is that i have installed Media encoder.

Could you make sure that you have matching versions for Premiere Pro and AME? This is required for interoperability between the two applications. eg: Premiere Pro 13.0.1 and Media Encoder 13.0.1

If that does not resolve the issue, could you try quitting Premiere, then hold down Shift + Opt/Alt keys while launching Premiere (this will delete plug-in cache and Preferences).
