Can't play video after sending it

After I export a video (Format: H.264 any preset) it plays on my laptop but if I try to send it (either using gmail, dropbox, wetransfer or even whatsapp) it doesn't play anymore. It doesn't work for the person I sent it to or for me if I try to open the file from my phone. It started happening a few weeks ago and then it resolved itself on its own, but now it's happening again.

Anyone know what could ne causing the problem? I didn't change any setting manually in this time.

Are you sure that the entire file is uploading?  That is, if the H264 movie file is 50MB before you send it, is it 50MB after it's received?

Now that you mention it, I'm not entirely sure. I'll try exporting a video now and sending it and see if it's uploading entirely

Hmm weird. Do any of those videos play on the computer that you exported it from? I wonder if you can share a screenshot of your export settings. H.264 should play on pretty much any modern phone. So that's why I wonder if we can take a look at your Export Settings Window, if that will indicate something.

One thought, shot in the dark here: Are you perhaps going from Mac to a non-Apple device? Or vice versa?

This is my export settings, I only change the present depending on the size of the file, since I normally send them through whatsapp and it only accepts 64MB.

Like I said, a couple of weeks ago it worked perfectly and I didn't have a problem. I have a Windows computer and an iPhone, but it used to work with no problem, but now it doesn't, so I dnt believe the cross plataforms is a problem since it wasn't before
