Can't Upload Directly to Vimeo

Publish Error: Exported video was not uploaded to Vimeo because you are not signed in. 

I've tried logging into different Vimeo accounts through the export interface and none work.  Always the same publish error. I've also tried signing out and then back in through the browser.  Lastly, I  tried different versions of Premiere and no luck.

Monterey 12.3.1

Do you have a free Vimeo account or Pro? I don't believe your file can be larger than 500MB on a free account. Is this possibly the issue?

Just a shot in the dark:

Vimeo works for me, but encoding and uploading directly from Premiere seems to take longer (especially the upload). Seems faster from Media Encoder. Have you tried both methods?
